Tim Olmsted is our beloved spiritual director and founder of the Buddhist Center of Steamboat Springs, which he started in 1996. Tim has been a student and teacher of meditation for the past four decades. For 12 of those years, he lived in Nepal, working as a psychotherapist serving the international community. There, he studied with many of the greatest meditation teachers of our time, including Mingyur Rinpoche’s father, Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche.
